Why do I also write about organizations?

Expert methods and products don't operate in a vacuum. Their effectiveness is influenced not only by the quality of knowledge, but also by the processes, tools, information flow, and the environment in which they are to be used.

My daily work involves designing and implementing digital solutions. I conduct discovery with users, analyze processes, and translate complex needs into solutions that can be implemented and that people actually use.

That's why I blog about transforming expertise into AI-powered programs, diagnostics, toolkits, and products, as well as the broader systems in which these solutions operate.

I'm interested not only in what to create, but also in how to design the conditions that will ensure that a new method or product is understood, adopted, and used in practice.
