About the Founder
For the past 20 years, I have worked as a researcher and consultant in the fields of science, technology, and research and development.
My work focuses on complex processes and systems: understanding how people actually operate within them, mapping workflows and information flows, identifying requirements, and translating complex needs into practical, implementable solutions.
In this work, I integrate perspectives from business and systems analysis, systems thinking, psychology, human behavior, and coaching.
Currently, I work as a business analyst, coach, and content creator.
As a coach, I work with individuals who want to find the right career path for themselves—one that allows them to truly love what they do.
Furthermore, I am interested in how technology can improve quality of life, support human work, and address needs that have previously gone unnoticed.
I am actively exploring the fields of Women’s Health and FemTech, while remaining open to projects related to education, emerging technologies, and social change.
